Empire Asparagus Festival

For all things asparagus be it pickled, deep-fried, served in soup and (believe it or not) ice cream, head down to the Empire Asparagus Festival for a May weekend of live music, asparagus cook-offs, the 5K Kick Ass-paragus Run, and wine tasting, all topped off by a lively parade.
