Spa Policies

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow sufficient time for you to change into your spa attire, have a beverage and unwind before your service.

Spa Etiquette

To ensure a serene atmosphere, please silence all phones and electronic devices upon arrival. Please respect those around you seeking a relaxing environment by keeping voices low in the indoor and outdoor spaces

Late Arrivals / Cancellations

For your enjoyment, we devote our time and space exclusively for you. If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time will be adjusted accordingly. The full price of the service will be applied. Spa Amira requires a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid the full service fee.

Family

The Spa is reserved for resort guests, members and community members, ages 18 and up.  All ages are welcome at Lillyjade salon.
