| Arrival Time |
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow sufficient time for you to change into Spa attire, have a beverage and unwind before your service. |
| Spa Etiquette |
To ensure a serene atmosphere, please silence all electronic devices prior to your arrival. In addition, Spa Amira is a smoke-free environment. |
| Gratuities |
Our Spa staff is committed to exceeding your expectations and providing you with a luxurious experience. Gratuities are at the discretion of the guest and are appreciated. |
| Late Arrivals/ Cancellations |
For your enjoyment, we devote our time and space exclusively for you. If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time will be adjusted accordingly. The full price of the service will be applied. Spa Amira requires a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid the full service fee. |
| Family |
The Spa is reserved for guests and members, ages 18 and up. Young children ages 3-10 can enjoy activities at Camp Tam-A-Rack to allow adults the opportunity to enjoy spa services. Call 231.334.5183 for more camp information. |
