Lodging Only Rates
The interior quality of the resort hotels is classified as Grand. The interior quality of all homes and condominiums is classified as Simple, Classic or Grand. Rates vary with classification, size, location and view. Rates shown are per night, are subject to a total of 13.5% of community tariff, local tax and state tax and may change without notice.
A security deposit equal to one night’s lodging is required upon departure from Grand Quality homes and condominiums.
A limited number of pet friendly accommodations are available.
