A deposit of one night’s stay is required. If your reservation is cancelled at least 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit, less a $50 service fee, will be refunded. If your reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited. Provided, however, that for two years you can redeem and apply the deposit to a future stay. After two years, the deposit is forfeited.
A one-night security deposit is required for all Grand Quality villas and homes. Security deposits will not be refunded at check-out but will be refunded, less charges for damages, within two weeks of departure.
We’ll do our best to make sure you have the accommodations you requested. If that is not possible, we reserve the right to substitute comparable or better accommodations.
All hotels, villas and homes have occupancy limits. If violated, there will be a charge of $100 per additional person per day.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In begins at 5:00pm. We will do our best to have your room, villa or home ready by that time but cannot and will not guarantee requests for early check-in. Check-out is at 11:00am. We will do our best to grant requests for late check-out but can rarely do so at peak season. Guests who have not vacated their room, villa or home and checked out on time will be charged for an additional night.
Guests renting a villa or home will be issued one or more metal keys. If all keys are not returned at check-out, the lock will, by necessity, be changed and the guest who did not return the keys will be charged. This charge is usually about $150.
You will be given a parking permit at check-in. If you have a second vehicle, you are free to park it at the Transportation Station or at Mountain Village. If you have a boat trailer or motor home, please ask for a special permit as neither trailers nor mobile homes are allowed in residential parking spaces or in any of the resort’s other parking lots.
For the enjoyment of all, quiet hours will be enforced between 11:00pm and 7:00am.
