The site fee includes: 

  • Event planning and day of coordination
  • Dining table, with standard ivory linens
  • Dining chairs with upholstered seats and backs
  • 36 inch round bistro tables with standard ivory linens

  • Gift table
  • Linen napkins, full table setting, wine & champagne glasses, salt & pepper
  • Table number holders
  • Set up of standard decor (favors, place cards, table numbers)
  • Indoor & outdoor fireplaces at Camp Firefly and Mountain Flowers Lodge
  • Dance floor at Camp Firefly and Mountain Flowers Lodge
  • Use of entire building, including outdoor patios
  • Clean up services post event
  • Vendor access two hours prior to dinner reception
  • Banquet staff, cocktail servers, bartenders and waitstaff
  • Bonfire pits at all venues
  • Complimentary wedding night stay for Bride & Groom
